1. Shipping Rates
Waypoint Peptides offers the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
Standard Shipping: $10.00 flat rate for all orders under $300.00.
Free Shipping: All orders of $300.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total before applicable taxes. Promotional shipping offers, if available, will be applied automatically or through a valid promotional code at checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Please note the following regarding order processing:
(a) Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on business days will generally begin processing the same day.
(b) Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day.
(c) Orders placed on Saturday afternoon, Sunday, or federal holidays will not be processed until the next business day (Monday or the next available business day).
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Delivery Timeframes
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped are:
USPS Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Waypoint Peptides. Actual delivery times may vary based on your geographic location, USPS processing volumes, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. Waypoint Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment at usps.com or through the USPS mobile app.

5. Shipping Destinations
Waypoint Peptides currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

6. Packaging and Product Integrity
All products are carefully packaged to maintain quality and integrity during transit. Waypoint Peptides uses discreet, unmarked packaging with no external labeling that identifies the contents.
Certain products may require specific handling during shipping to preserve stability. Where applicable, we utilize appropriate packaging materials such as insulated containers or cold packs to help protect temperature-sensitive products. While we take every reasonable precaution, Waypoint Peptides cannot guarantee product integrity if the package experiences extreme conditions or extended delays during transit.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Waypoint Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@waypointpeptides.com. We will make every effort to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched to the carrier. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be redirected or reshipped due to an incorrect address.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to USPS, Waypoint Peptides is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. However, we want to ensure your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve issues on a case-by-case basis.
If your package appears lost, damaged, or stolen:
(a) Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement for 7 or more business days, or if the estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 business days, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with USPS.
(b) Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and products. We will evaluate the claim and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
(c) Stolen Packages: If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors and contacting your local post office. Waypoint Peptides is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
9. Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@waypointpeptides.com. We will accommodate changes whenever possible, but once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Cancellation requests received before the order has been dispatched to the carrier will be processed for a full refund to the original payment method.
