1. Agreement to Terms

4. Purchaser Responsibilities

As a purchaser, you accept full responsibility for:

(b) Compliance with your country, state, and local government regulations regarding the purchase, handling, use, and exposure to research chemicals.

(c) Understanding and mitigating all health and safety hazards associated with the handling and storage of purchased products.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices listed on the Website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Waypoint Peptides reserves the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at any time.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or concerns about intended use. 6. Shipping and Delivery

Waypoint Peptides ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. Waypoint Peptides is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Certain products may require specific shipping conditions (e.g., cold chain shipping). Waypoint Peptides will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain product integrity during shipping, but is not liable for degradation caused by carrier mishandling or delays.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain research integrity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of:

(a) Damaged products received — reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

(b) Incorrect products shipped — reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return or refund, contact us at our designated customer service email with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. Waypoint Peptides will review all claims and respond within 5 business days. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

8. Certificates of Analysis (COAs)

Waypoint Peptides provides third-party Certificates of Analysis for products where available. COAs verify the identity, purity, and quality of our products. 16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Waypoint Peptides regarding the use of this Website and the purchase of products. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.

17. Affiliate Program

Waypoint Peptides operates an Affiliate Program that allows approved participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring customers to our Website. By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms in addition to all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

(a) ENROLLMENT AND APPROVAL
Participation in the Affiliate Program requires submission of an application and approval by Waypoint Peptides at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason, and to terminate any Affiliate account at any time with or without cause. Approval of an application does not guarantee continued participation in the program.

(b) COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Approved Affiliates earn a commission of 10% on qualifying net sales generated through their unique referral code or affiliate link. Commissions are calculated on the product purchase price only, excluding shipping costs, taxes, fees, and any discounts applied. Commission rates are subject to change at the discretion of Waypoint Peptides with reasonable notice to active Affiliates.

(c) AFFILIATE DISCOUNT CODES
Each approved Affiliate will receive a unique discount code that provides their referred customers with a 10% discount on purchases. Affiliates may not use their own discount code for personal purchases. Self-referral transactions will not generate commissions and may result in termination from the program.

(d) REFERRAL TRACKING
Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links and discount codes. A tracking cookie with a duration of 30 days is used to attribute sales to the referring Affiliate. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking an affiliate link, the referring Affiliate will receive credit for the sale, provided no other affiliate code or link has been used.

(e) COMMISSION APPROVAL AND GRACE PERIOD
All commissions are subject to a 30-day grace period from the date of the qualifying purchase before they become eligible for payout. This grace period allows for order verification, returns, and fraud review. Commissions on orders that are refunded, canceled, or charged back within this period will be automatically rejected and will not be paid.

(f) PAYMENT TERMS
A minimum balance of $50.00 in earned commissions is required before a payout will be processed. This means commissions will accumulate in your affiliate account until the total unpaid balance reaches at least $50.00. For example, if you earn $30.00 in June and $25.00 in July, your first payout of $55.00 would be processed at the end of July. Balances below the $50.00 threshold are never forfeited and will carry over each month until the threshold is met.

(g) TAX OBLIGATIONS
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all taxes due on commissions earned through the Affiliate Program, including federal, state, and local income taxes. Affiliates earning $600 or more in a calendar year may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before further payments are processed. Waypoint Peptides may issue IRS Form 1099-NEC to Affiliates as required by law. Failure to provide requested tax documentation may result in suspension of commission payments and/or termination from the program.

(h) AFFILIATE CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS
As an Affiliate, you agree to:

(i) Promote Waypoint Peptides products honestly and accurately, without making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.

(ii) Not make any therapeutic, diagnostic, medical, or health-related claims about any products.

(iii) Not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any deceptive marketing practices.

(iv) Not bid on Waypoint Peptides branded keywords (including “Waypoint Peptides,” “waypointpeptides,” or variations thereof) in paid search advertising without prior written approval.

(v) Not create websites, social media accounts, or content that could be confused with official Waypoint Peptides properties.

(vi) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the FTC’s Endorsement Guides, which require clear disclosure of your affiliate relationship when promoting our products.

(vii) Not engage in cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any other fraudulent activity to artificially inflate referrals or commissions.

(i) TERMINATION
Waypoint Peptides reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice via email. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions that have cleared the 30-day grace period and meet the minimum payout threshold will be paid within 30 days. Commissions that are pending, unverified, or below the minimum payout threshold at the time of termination will be forfeited. Affiliates may voluntarily withdraw from the program at any time by contacting info@waypointpeptides.com.

(j) MODIFICATION OF PROGRAM TERMS
Waypoint Peptides reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, cookie duration, payout thresholds, and these terms, at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation in the program after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

(k) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Waypoint Peptides’ total liability to any Affiliate under the Affiliate Program shall not exceed the total commissions earned by that Affiliate in the 12 months preceding any claim. The Affiliate Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of uninterrupted service, accurate tracking, or continued availability of the program.

(l) INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or partners of Waypoint Peptides. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship. Affiliates have no authority to bind Waypoint Peptides to any agreement, representation, or obligation.
